Our Conference plenary sessions feature inspiring speakers and current ideas that are shaping the future for choruses and other arts organizations. The Conference opens on Wednesday with Donna Walker-Kuhne speaking about the new opportunities that community engagement can open up for arts organizations and a welcome from Alecia Kintner, president and CEO of Cincinnati's ArtsWave. On Friday, Alan Brown of WolfBrown unveils the results of Chorus America's Intrinsic Impact Audience Project, a new study of choral music audiences. And on Saturday morning, a panel of conductors who worked intimately with Robert Shaw share their insights into the man and his genius.
Plenary sessions begin with a Morning Sing, which has become a Chorus America signature event and an attendee favorite.
