Jen Rogers

Jen Rogers joined the staff of the Grammy®-winning Phoenix Chorale in 2008 and serves the organization as President & CEO. With over 15 years experience in nonprofit and performing arts management, Jen specializes in strategic planning, marketing, communications, and resource development.

Her primary role for the first seven years with the Phoenix Chorale focused on marketing and branding the Chorale’s concerts and recordings and improving the patron experience. Her innovative methods for record promotion have resulted in top selling albums for the Chorale with over twenty weeks on the Billboard charts and the Chorale’s recordings have received numerous awards including ten Grammy® nominations and three wins.

Jen has been an advocate and advisor for non-profit performing arts organizations across the country. She currently serves as an advisory board member for the Phoenix Girls Chorus, Orpheus Male Chorus of Phoenix, Tonality of Los Angeles, and The Nash—Arizona’s premiere jazz venue and education center. Previously, she kept a busy consulting schedule working with local organizations and national music acts including the Kansas City Chorale and jazz quintet Kneebody. For four years, Jen was also the founding director of the Phoenix Creative Music Movement, an experimental music series presented in art galleries in downtown Phoenix.

Jen interned at Chicago’s historic jazz and blues label, Delmark Records, and she spent three and a half years in the Marketing and Public Relations Department of The Phoenix Symphony. Jen holds a degree in Arts Management from Northern Arizona University where she also studied saxophone and music education.
