Maclain Hardin-Kurza

Maclain Hardin-Kurza (she/her) is Executive Director of the award-winning Tallahassee Community Chorus, one of the largest non-auditioned community choral ensembles in the nation with 250 singers from the North Florida and South Georgia regions. She holds degrees in voice performance and arts administration from Westminster Choir College and Florida State University and is a graduate of Chorus America’s Chorus Management Institute. As Adjunct Professor of Arts Administration and Ph.D. candidate at Florida State University, her research centers around nonprofit choral administration practices and choral organizational resilience.
