Thank You for a Successful 2015 Conference!
Over 500 choral conductors, administrators, singers, board members, and business members came together at Chorus America's Boston Conference (June 17-20). Thank you to our host the Handel and Haydn Society, to our lead sponsor ACFEA Tour Consultants, to our speakers and performing ensembles, and to all attendees for a great event. Highlights included an opening plenary session with Thomas Kelly, a conversation with National Endowment for the Arts chairman Jane Chu, professor Robert Putnam's insights into the effect of the growing income gap on our young people, and choral icon Alice Parker's reflections on a life lived in song. Be sure to check out the photos posted on our Facebook page (more to come!), visit our YouTube channel for videos of our award winners, and keep the conversation going on Twitter with our hashtag #choruscon. You can also experience the Conference through our Storify social media roundup.
