Save the Date! July 2017 Conducting Academy

Emerging conductors can improve their technique and advance their careers at Chorus America’s Conducting Academy, to be held July 9-15 at the California State University Fullerton campus.

The new week-long Academy builds on Chorus America’s successful Conducting Masterclass programs. Fellows will have the opportunity to work on two complete choral-orchestral works: the Haydn Lord Nelson Mass and the Duruflé Requiem. The 2017 Conducting Academy will have a special emphasis on working with strings.

Led by Robert Istad, faculty include John Alexander, Lucinda Carver, David Hayes, and Duain Wolfe. Full details and application information are now available.
