World Premiere of NIGUN PROPHECY, concert band with singers. Here is the video of the premiere, which I conducted last week at St. Mary's University of Minnesota. The piece is based on 3 traditional Jewish nigunim (wordless syllable-songs), each one introduced by singers (band members and extras), and then varied to make an arc, with an epic ending.
A nice opportunity for band/choir collaboration. Enjoy!
