Colorado Children’s Chorale Celebrates their 45th Anniversary Season

In 1974 the Colorado Children’s Chorale was founded with 50 children, one conductor and a mission – to create a professional children’s chorus in Colorado. Since then the Chorale has grown to 400 children, four conductors and a mission to present professional choral concerts and educational programs that entertain, inspire and bring joy to audiences and communities.

On April 13th, during Spring with the Children’s Chorale, performers will commemorate this milestone with the premiere of a new work by Kevin T. Padworski. They will also be performing The Trail, composed by Chorale alumni Aron Accurso and Adam Overett. This piece speaks to the journey each member embarks on during their time singing with the Colorado Children’s Chorale.
