Hopewell Valley Chorus
29 Sep 2017
The Hopewell Valley Chorus is accepting applicants for their Choral Conducting Scholar program. Applicants should be in high school with a strong interest in Choral Conducting or Music Education. Accepted Scholars will be given dedicated rehearsal time to teach a piece of music to the Chorus. At the conclusion of the season, they would be invited to conduct their chosen piece at the Chorus’s holiday or spring concert. Through this process, each Scholar will have private score study sessions with Artistic Director, Dr. Heather Mitchell.
The Hopewell Valley Chorus a non-auditioned, SATB adult community chorus located in Pennington, New Jersey. We perform three times a year locally and participate in a variety of community outreach activities.
