Jennifer Falk

As the director of marketing and communications for ArtsBoston, Jennifer Falk is a member of the senior management team and oversees brand management for ArtsBoston in addition to marketing, communications, sales, and community partnerships for its audience development programs including BosTix, ArtsBoston.org, and the annual Mayor’s Holiday program in partnership with Boston City Hall and the Greater Boston Convention and Visitors Bureau.

Prior to her role at ArtsBoston, she worked in the high tech and advertising industries in Philadelphia, Washington DC, Baltimore, and Boston. Jennifer currently serves on the advisory board of Americans for the Arts, National Arts Marketing Project, the communications committee for MASSCreative, and is co-chair of the Association of Performing Arts Service Organizations’ 2015 Annual Conference. She is also a member of the Greater Boston Concierge Association (GBCA), Simmons Alumnae Association (former Board member), and The Trustees of Reservations, and is a graduate of the Boston Chamber of Commerce Future Leaders Program. She holds a B.S. in Business from Drexel University and earned an MBA from the Simmons School of Management.
