When do partnerships add value and when do they distract from a chorus’s mission? Philadelphia’s Mendelssohn Club explored this question for their own organization through an intensive consulting engagement funded by the Pew Center for Arts & Heritage. At the same time, Cincinnati’s May Festival is engaging in a new administrative and artistic partnership that is sure to be of interest to Conferees. Attend this session to consider the pros and cons, as well as the overall potential value, of alliances that could further your organization’s impact in your community.
