Contemporary arts organizations know that audience engagement is not limited to the live performance in the concert hall.  It is a continuum of interactions taking place before, during, and after the performance.  With today’s prevalent use of social media and mobile devices, arts organizations have a wide spectrum of ways for engaging their audiences.  In this session, we’ll take a look at these options with a focus on building a manageable social media and mobile engagement strategy.
