New this year and specifically thanks to our exciting partnership with the American Composers Forum’s Choral Connections conference, we are excited to offer “conductor-composer speed dating” during three of the Buttonhole timeslots: Friday morning, Friday early afternoon, and Saturday morning.

Are you a conductor looking for a great way to get introduced to the music of composers writing today? Are you a composer hoping to entice a conductor to perform your music? Within each 30-minute speed dating session you will have 3 minutes to exchange information (and scores, perhaps) with 10 conductors/composers.

Sign-ups will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. 20 slots for conductors and 20 slots for composers will be available during each of the three sessions (there will be 2 speed dating rings of 10 at each session). Conductors will sign up at Chorus America's Registration area (3rd floor, opens Wednesday at 11am) and composers will sign up at ACF's Registration area (2nd floor, opens Thursday at 3pm).
