Young People's Chorus of New York City's "YPC Big Sing" Returns October 19
The Young People’s Chorus of New York City presents its second annual YPC Big Sing on Saturday, October 19, at 3 p.m.
The second annual "YPC Big Sing," a massive 600-voice singalong, presented by the Young People's Chorus of New York City, will once again unite the New York City community…and beyond…through the power of song. Joining YPC Artistic Director Francisco J. Nunez and YPC Associate Artistic Director Elizabeth Nunez will be Carnegie Hall’s Nick Demeris (renowned for creating human-instrument orchestras), and Midtown (a superstar quartet of young singers from the barbershop and a cappella world) leading the audience of music-lovers of all ages, singing side by side in one voice. With the lyrics projected on stage, YPC choristers will guide the audience in harmonizing both everyone’s favorite music and the community’s connections to each other. Tickets are $13 for adults and $1 for children 12 and under are available at https://ypc.org/event/ypc-big-sing-2019/
