A King's Singers Visit to the Chorus America Office

Last week, the Chorus America office was thrilled to receive a special visit from one of the world's most well-known vocal ensembles, The King's Singers.

The UK-based group connected with Chorus America after drawing inspiration from the latest Chorus Impact Study. We were so happy to learn that this research has been useful to the international choral field beyond North America. The King's Singers have recently launched a global foundation to increase the reach of their education efforts and use their music to bring people together across cultures and languages, and discovered that the Impact Study findings resonate especially with the mission of their new initiative.

The six members - Patrick Dunachie, Edward Button, Julian Gregory, Christopher Bruerton, Nick Ashby, and Jonathan Howard - sat down for an interview on Facebook Live during their visit. They were kind enough to sing a short sample from their upcoming album, and also made a special announcement: The King's Singers will be presenting a session at the 2020 Chorus America Conference, June 17-20 in Miami, FL!
