Omar Crook

As host and producer of the Living With A Genius with Omar Crook podcast, Mr. Crook continues to release interviews with notable musicians, composers, entertainers, and administrators on a weekly basis. Past guests include composers Eric Whitacre, Shawn Kirchner, and Dale Trumbore, conductors Grant Gershon, James Conlon, Robert Istad, Jonathan Talberg, and CEO of LA Opera Christopher Koelsch, among many others.
LWAG is also an official content provider and media outlet of the Los Angeles Opera, where Mr.Crook is in his twelfth season as a chorister and soloist. Mr. Crook made his Los Angeles Opera solo debut as the Fante in Verdi’s I due Foscari during the 2012 season alongside Placido Domingo and Francesco Meli, and most recently as the Bishop in the Grammy Award-winning recording and West Coast premiere of John Corigliano's The Ghosts Of Versailles.
Mr. Crook lives in Los Angeles with his beautiful wife, two charming children, and a Standard Poodle named Sam.
