Chorus/organization name: ProMusica Arizona Chorale and Orchestra Category: Administrative Duties and responsibilities: The Managing Director will work under the direction of the Board of Directors and in cooperation with the Artistic Director. The primary roles will be to assist in planning, coordinate the programs as developed, and administer the comprehensive operation of the organization. Responsibilities include managing concert operations, development, implementaion, and evaluation of development and marketing plans, assiting treasurer in preparation of annual reports, and managing membership process and member services. Requirements: Undergraduate degree and experience in management of small non-profit organization especially in operations, marketing, and development. The ideal candidate will have organizational vision and ability to lead us through a transition from an all-volunteer staff to volunteer plus paid staff. Annual budget FY 2008 is $105,000.
