Chorus/organization name: Cochise Children's Choir Category: Artistic Duties and responsibilities: Part-time position which includes the following duties: Develop music programs for the performing ensembles. Conduct one or more choirs. Coordinate activities with the Business Manager. Direct Summer Music Camp, Fall & Spring Mini Camps. Direct SE Arizona Children’s Choir Festival in the Spring. Direct Winter and Spring Concerts. Organize and direct tours with the advanced choir . Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Music or Music Education with an emphasis in Choral music preferred. Experience in working with children of elementary to high school age. Compensation: Competitive salary for part-time position Benefits: None Chorus/organization description: The Cochise Children’s Choir, a 501c3 non-profit corporation, is in its 8th year. Currently, the program includes five performing ensembles comprised of community students from Kindergarten - High school. Approximately 60 choristers currently enrolled.
