The Margaret Hillis Award for Choral Excellence was given to Cantus. The award was presented by Alice Parker (left) and accepted on behalf of the ensemble by artistic director Erick Lichte (right).
 

The Michael Korn Founders Award for Development of the Professional Choral Art was given to Alan Harler (right), music director of Mendelssohn Club of Philadelphia, and presented by Vance George (left).


The Louis Botto Award for Innovative Action and Entrepreneurial Zeal was given to Craig Hella Johnson, founder and conductor of Conspirare. The award was presented by John Alexander to Johnson via Skype during a morning plenary session.

The Chorus America Education Outreach Award was given to Harmonium Choral Society, directed by Anne Matlack (left), and presented by Joyce Garrett (right).

ACFEA Tour Consultants and its managing director Hugh Davies (right) received the Michael Korn Founders Award for Philanthropic Contribution to the Arts, which was presented by Todd Estabrook (left), chairman of Chorus America's board of directors.

The Chorus America/ASCAP Awards for Adventurous Programming were given to Volti, directed by Robert Geary; The Crossing, directed by Donald Nally; and Piedmont East Bay Children's Choir, directed by Robert Geary. The Chorus America/ASCAP Alice Parker Award was given to San Diego Master Chorale, directed by Gary McKercher. The awards were presented by David Lang.
